The cleaning function of the grinding & polishing & cleaning machine is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual operations and making it highly efficient. Depending on how grinding head is moved to the ultrasonic cleaning tank, the machine can be divided into two types:
● Manual type ：The operator manually moves the grinding head to the cleaning tank of a single platen
type.
● Automatic type ：The grinding head automatically moves to the cleaning tank. TOPTECH offers configurations with either a single platen
or four platens
. The single platen requires additional time for changing consumables, while the four-platen configuration eliminates the need for manual consumable changes.
