The automatic spring pressure machine (P20G-2-A3) is a specialized dual disc polishing machine designed for metallographic specimen preparation. This machine is equipped with a spring pressure grinding head, allowing precise adjustment of pressure force during grinding and polishing, to achieve outstanding sample surfaces. Its efficient preparation capabilities make metallographic microstructure observation, metallographic analysis, material analysis, and hardness testing of metal materials or other materials much easier and smoother.
The design of P20G-2-A3 is highly modular, allowing each component to operate independently and be easily dismantled. This modular feature makes maintenance and servicing extremely convenient, while also enhancing the durability and reliability of the machine.

Low speed grinding and polishing function
Grinding speed can be adjusted to a minimum of 10 rpm. With external dispenser, it can meet the need of long-time polishing without deformation.
Modular design
The combined control box can be fixed behind the machine or be placed next to the machine with quick-change design, which is easy to clean and can maximize the space.
Individual pressure (A type and B type)
The press force is 1.4~5kg which can be controlled based on the material of the specimen.
Central pressure (C type)
The press force is 3~5kg which can be controlled based on the material of the specimen.
Various choices of platen
Platen size of 8” and 10”are suitable for any consumables application.
Retractable water hose

Various anti-splash application
Various anti-splash covers can be applied based on the method of polishing process.
